1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 6033jili website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by 6033jili ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 6033jili Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 6033jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 6033jili or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 6033jili Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers on the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the 6033jili Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 6033jili Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6033jili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 6033jili will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. You agree to notify 6033jili immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 6033jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

6033jili is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested by 6033jili for verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

6033jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 6033jili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are credited to your 6033jili account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 6033jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our 24/7 support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. 6033jili aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

6033jili reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending KYC review.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 6033jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 6033jili does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6033jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 6033jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 6033jili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. General gameplay terms include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as observed by camera. 6033jili does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a wager is accepted by the system, it is final.
• 6033jili reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6033jili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in poker or other multiplayer games.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 6033jili staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

6033jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Filipino players. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6033jili Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6033jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 6033jili.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6033jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 6033jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6033jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 6033jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6033jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

6033jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player in bad faith.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform errors.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. 6033jili is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the 6033jili Platform shall first be submitted to 6033jili's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

6033jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 6033jili will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
